In June 2018, we switched to a new credit card provider, Collabria. As a result, you may have received a new Visa or MasterCard. If you make payments to your credit card directly from your deposit account, your Bill Payee information will need to be updated.
If you have not already done so, please update your Bill Payee details by February 22, 2019. This will ensure your payments are applied to your Collabria Visa or MasterCard account. Alternatively, you can make payments to your Collabria Visa or MasterCard using MyCardInfo.
